The initial session will outline the issues to be discussed and the plan to move
forward, a set fee for individual or on-going sessions is then agreed (workshops
are priced depending on number of attendees and duration etc.).

Starting with you the individual, I establish which areas of your life you are most dissatisfied with and how important these are. Using a wheel of life or emotional audit tools I then begin to focus on why these are important to you.
