Looking for a life coach to unlock your potential?
I am Tricia Edwards a Personal Development and Career Development coach, providing individual life coaching sessions and workshops. Based in West Yorkshire I work with clients locally in Leeds, York and surrounding areas providing face to face sessions. I also work with clients across the UK through telephone sessions or online life coaching.
I hold degrees in Politics, Social Work and Management Studies and my career to date has been in social and health care, with the focus on working with hospitals and people.
I have been established as a life coach since 2002 after completing my training with the Coaching Academy UK where I obtained the diploma in coaching and have concentrated on working with individuals.
“People often seek me out because they feel stuck! There are a variety of reasons why people get in contact; whether it’s for relationship advice, executive career coaching, personal development plans, help with work life balance or to simply achieve a personal success.”
Since working as Personal and Professional Life coach I have worked with many individuals on issues that are holding them back, finding different ways to reach their personal goals and gain self-confidence. Take a look at some of my client testimonials to see what a difference we can make in just an hour a week.
My Life Coaching page will give you more information on my sessions.
I understand that if you are looking for a life coach then now could be a
difficult time in your life. To make that first step easier for you, I am
offering the first 30 minutes of your session to you free of charge.

“I was in turmoil in a disastrous marriage, and as a single parent I was frightened of taking that first step of leaving my home and managing alone, especially with a young child.
After working with Tricia I gained confidence in my abilities to move out and provide for my child. I also realised I had the emotional strength to manage on my own.
Coaching made me realise the skills I had and that I only needed to take a small step to make a big difference.”
